Experience: 8+ years

Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Developer is to design, develop, and implement intelligent customer engagement and decisioning solutions using the Pega Customer Decision Hub platform. The role involves building Next-Best-Action strategies, adaptive decisioning, and customer journey orchestration to deliver personalized customer experiences across enterprise applications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement customer decisioning solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
  • Build and configure Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, engagement policies, and decision strategies.
  • Develop adaptive models and real-time decisioning capabilities to optimize customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer engagement requirements and translate them into scalable Pega solutions.
  • Integrate Pega CDH with enterprise applications using REST APIs and other integration technologies.
  • Configure customer journeys and personalized engagement across multiple channels.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and implementation processes.
  • Support deployment activities and provide post-production support as required.

Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
  • Expertise in Next-Best-Action (NBA) Designer, Decision Strategies, and Engagement Policies.
  • Experience with Adaptive Decisioning and Customer Journey Management.
  • Knowledge of Pega Case Management.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
