Position Summary

The Clinical Trainer is a key member of our Training & Education team, responsible for educating and inspiring medical aesthetic professionals on the safe and effective use of Astanza laser technology. This role combines clinical expertise with a passion for teaching, offering the opportunity to influence the success of both our clients and our company. Beyond training, this individual will support product testing, contribute to marketing efforts, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Excellence: Deliver engaging, hands-on training programs both on-site and off-site, tailored to the needs of our clients. Includes leading sessions for our New Look Laser College (tattoo removal training).
  • Client Onboarding & Support: Provide expert instruction during installations and ongoing clinical support, ensuring clients feel confident and empowered using our technology.
  • Product Expertise: Stay ahead with a deep knowledge of our laser systems, treatment protocols, and best practices.
  • Sales Collaboration: Support the sales team through product demonstrations, clinical insights, and treatment expertise.
  • Public Speaking & Education: Present technical information with confidence to diverse audiences, from intimate client sessions to large conferences.
  • Travel: Travel ~75% to conduct trainings, demos, and clinical support visits.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years in the medical aesthetics industry as an aesthetician and laser technician with strong hands-on expertise in laser technology.

  • Training Skills: Demonstrated success in delivering clinical training with the ability to engage and inspire learners.

  • Technical Knowledge: Advanced understanding of aesthetic laser applications, particularly laser tattoo removal, as well as combination therapies.

  • Public Speaking: Confident and articulate communicator, comfortable presenting to varied audiences.

  • Customer-Focused: Strong customer service orientation with proven relationship-building skills.

  • Travel Readiness: Willing and eager to travel ~75% for trainings and client support.

  • Sales Acumen: Experience selling treatments, packages, and skincare products is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • State-issued laser technician license

  • Experience managing a medical spa

  • Hands-on experience with multiple light-based platforms, experience with Quanta System and Asclepion lasers is a PLUS!

  • Background in consultations, patient flow optimization, and treatment package sales

  • Content creation skills (e.g., blogs, webinars, social media live, Canva)
