What you’ll do 💼

Great recruiting isn't just about hiring great people; it's about ensuring every candidate walks away feeling respected, informed, and excited about their experience!

As a Talent Partner, you'll own and continuously improve that journey from the very first interaction through pre-onboarding. You'll combine empathy, speed, process thinking, and AI to remove friction, improve communication, and create a hiring experience that candidates genuinely remember.

Responsibilities ✏️

  • Own the candidate experience end to end, from first outreach through interviews and pre-onboarding, ensuring every touchpoint is clear, engaging, and human.

  • Design and improve recruiting communications, including emails, surveys, templates, interview instructions, and candidate resources.

  • Partner closely with hiring teams to keep recruitment processes moving with urgency while maintaining a high-quality experience.

  • Use recruiting data to identify bottlenecks, improve hiring workflows, and continuously optimize the candidate journey.

  • Leverage AI recruiting platforms and automation to reduce manual work, improve consistency, and elevate candidate experience at scale.

  • Bring fresh ideas that make every interaction with Viva feel modern, thoughtful, and memorable.

  • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Who you are 🔍

  • 1+ years in recruitment or people-focused roles where you've improved hiring processes, candidate experience, employee experience, or operational workflows (Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, People Operations, HR, Recruiting Operations, Employee Experience, or related fields).

  • You’re passionate about AI in recruitment, beyond basic prompting, to redesign workflows, improve the candidate experience, and eliminate repetitive work.

  • You’re comfortable working in remote or hybrid environments.

  • English proficiency: C1+; you're confident, concise and engaging.

  • You’re proficient with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), workflow automation tools, and similar platforms.

  • You have an ownership mindset, you're proactive, resourceful, and thrive with autonomy.

  • You have a stable professional experience, including at least one company where you've remained for 2+ years.
