🚀 About the Role

Context

The BeeStone program is a strategic B2B transformation initiative aiming to build a unified model across countries, leveraging an innovative digital and data platform. The Sales to Cash stream of BeeStone is a central pillar of this transformation, with the ambition to design and deploy a robust, agile, and scalable solution.

Engie’s B2B activities in Poland are part of this transformation program, with the initial build and deployment of BeeStone (MVP) in the country.

Mission

As a Software Development Engineer based in Katowice, Poland, you will implement the local Polish business-specific and integration features, working closely with the BeeStone Core Platform teams and local teams. You will adopt and be familiar with modern AI-assisted development methods to accelerate innovation and time-to-market.

 

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop full-stack enhancements and features in collaboration with the PO and Business Analysts
  • Develop robust integration to seamlessly connect in-house software components with software vendor solutions (e.g. CRM, Billing system)
  • Build and run software (code, test, deploy and monitor)
  • Support testing and validation of the solution
  • Provide technical documentation

 

✅ Candidate Profile

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, IT or a similar field
  • 10+ years’ experience
  • Agile methodologies (road mapping, scrum…) and product backlog tools
  • Experience in energy supply and/or Sales To Cash is a plus
  • Fluent in Polish and English; French is a plus
  • Proactive, reliable and results oriented
  • Strong collaboration & sense of priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Technical Skills:

  • Full Stack:
    • Java and .NET: senior-level in one of the 2 languages/environments (>8 years’ experience) and experience in the other
    • JS framework (React, Angular) and TypeScript
    • SQL, NoSQL
  • System Integration: RESTful/GraphQL APIs, message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ…)
  • Modern software architecture: cloud-native (Azure Cloud), micro-services, API First
  • DevOps Autonomy: CI/CD pipelines, scripting, Infrastructure as Code
  • AI-assisted full-stack development is a plus
