We are seeking a Senior – Endpoint Engineer, Infrastructure, to join our Infrastructure team within the Information Technology department. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, OS deployment, SCCM/MECM, and workstation engineering. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and efficient endpoint solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

Administer and assist with designing the organization's SCCM/MECM environments to ensure efficient and secure endpoint management.
Implement and manage Windows Autopilot for streamlined device provisioning and configuration.
Assist in the security design and management of mobile devices, enforcing security policies via Microsoft Intune.
Design and implement workstation configurations, optimizing performance, security, and end-user experience.
Ensure workstations are current with the latest Microsoft and third-party security patches and updates.
Assist with the design, implementation, and support of Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for workstation management.
Plan, deploy, and manage OS updates and upgrades across the enterprise.
Develop and manage task sequences for consistent and repeatable software deployments.
Package and distribute software applications and manage the full application lifecycle.
Develop and maintain processes for emergency workstation recovery to ensure business continuity.
Provide Tier 4 advanced support for the IT Systems Reliability team.
Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM/MECM-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
