Job Title – Salesforce Solutions Leader

Location- Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Leader to join our growing Salesforce practice across the US and Canada. In this client-facing role, you will collaborate with sales and account teams to define Salesforce transformation strategies, lead discovery workshops, architect enterprise solutions, and support strategic pursuits, RFPs, and client presentations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers while developing solution proposals, effort estimates, statements of work (SOWs), business cases, and executive presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales and account teams to drive Salesforce solutioning and pre-sales engagements.
  • Lead client discovery sessions and define transformation roadmaps.
  • Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Support RFPs, proposals, solution demonstrations, and executive presentations.
  • Develop effort estimates, SOWs, and business cases.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle and solution delivery.


Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise Salesforce opportunities from qualification through proposal and presentation stages.
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Data Cloud, and Salesforce AI.
  • Experience working with clients in the Insurance and/or Financial Services industry.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Strong solution architecture and consulting experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on exposure to Agentforce, Data 360, Customer 360, and Digital Insurance solutions.
  • Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or related certifications) are a plus.
  • Experience leading large-scale Salesforce transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise solution architecture.
