Job description

Join the Connexion Point Team!

Connexion Point is seeking customer-focused individuals to support brokers through responsive, service-driven interactions. In this role, you’ll assist Elevance brokers with a variety of inquiries, helping resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure they have the information and support needed to serve their clients effectively. This is not a sales position—success comes from delivering accurate, timely assistance, navigating systems with confidence, and building strong, professional relationships through every interaction.

What we offer:

• $16.00/hr pay

• Paid training

• Remote/work-from-home

Schedule

Training runs Monday through Friday. Once AEP begins (October 1), you'll move to your assigned production schedule from our Workforce Management team. Production schedules include at least one weekend day per week. This is a seasonal role running through AEP/OEP. Our best-performing agents are considered for extended opportunities as client needs allow.

What You'll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from brokers, providing timely, accurate support across a range of inquiries

• Assist with day-to-day requests such as application status, system navigation, and general troubleshooting

• Use multiple systems and tools to research issues, document interactions, and deliver effective resolutions

• Apply active listening and critical thinking to understand each situation and determine the best outcome

• Meet performance expectations around call quality, attendance, productivity, and schedule adherence

• Maintain consistent communication with your supervisor and team

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to stay current on processes and updates

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

• Comfortable working across multiple software systems

• Strong communicator with a service-first approach

• Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP

• Home office setup that meets remote work requirements

• Willing to complete a background check

• Basic computer skills and tech knowledge Preferred:

• Telesales or contact center experience

• Familiarity with Medicare
