Cint is moving from AI experimentation to enterprise-wide AI-enabled operating change.
The next phase is not about adding more tools or running isolated pilots. It is about helping functions change how work happens: where humans lead, where AI assists, where AI automates, and where autonomous AI can safely operate.
As AI Workflow Transformation Lead, you will work with teams across Cint to identify, shape, deliver and embed AI-enabled improvements. You will help turn business priorities and operational pain points into better workflows, smarter practices and measurable improvements in how work gets done.
This is a broad, hands-on transformation role. Some work may involve workflow redesign. Some may involve functional support, delivery coordination, requirements shaping, governance navigation, adoption support or helping teams move from experiment to scalable practice.
The purpose is simple: help Cint turn AI potential into practical operating improvement.
Where the role sits
You will join the AI Transformation Office and report to the Director, Enterprise AI Transformation.
You will work closely with:
Director, Enterprise AI Transformation — AI roadmap, priorities, governance, value tracking and executive reporting.
AI Enablement & Adoption Lead — adoption, capability building, manager enablement, playbooks and behaviour change.
AI/Data Architecture capability — architecture, data readiness, build / buy / configure recommendations and integration design.
Business Technology — implementation, systems integration and operational handover.
Legal, DPO, InfoSec, Infrastructure and Functional AI Domain Leads — governance, compliance, technical readiness, business ownership and adoption.
You will not own every system or every team. Your job is to create clarity, momentum and practical progress.
What you will do
Identify and shape opportunities
You will work with functions to understand their priorities, pain points and opportunities for AI-enabled improvement.
You will help assess where AI can improve speed, quality, productivity, decision-making, risk reduction, employee experience or operating leverage.
You will separate useful opportunities from interesting distractions. Not every AI idea needs a project plan and a parade.
Redesign work where needed
You will help teams understand how work happens today and where it gets stuck: manual effort, handoffs, rework, bottlenecks, unclear ownership, data gaps or decision delays.
You will support future-state workflow design before technology is applied.
You will help clarify where work should remain human-led, where AI should assist, where automation makes sense and where review or escalation is needed.
Support delivery in the right way
You will help turn AI opportunities into practical plans with clear outcomes, owners, dependencies, risks and success measures.
Depending on the need, you may lead structured transformation work, support a function-led initiative, help shape requirements, coordinate stakeholders, unblock delivery or guide a team through governance.
Connect business, technical and governance partners
You will work across functions, AI/Data Architecture, Business Technology, Legal, DPO, InfoSec, Infrastructure and Enablement to make sure AI-enabled improvements are practical, safe and supportable.
You will help ensure the right technical owners, implementation routes, governance gates, adoption plans and handover expectations are clear.
Measure value and capture learning
You will define success measures and track whether changes are creating real value.
You will help capture reusable patterns so Cint does not solve the same problem from scratch in every function.
Support adoption
You will partner with the AI Enablement & Adoption Lead to make sure new ways of working are understood, adopted and embedded.
You will gather feedback, identify adoption blockers and help teams improve as they go.
What we are looking for
You will likely bring:
Experience in business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, programme delivery, consulting, AI transformation, SaaS operations or a similar field.
Strong ability to understand, map and improve business workflows or operating practices.
Experience turning ambiguous business problems into clear opportunities, plans and outcomes.
Comfort working across business, technology, data, automation, legal, risk or compliance stakeholders.
Practical understanding of AI tools, automation, workflow tooling or digital transformation.
Good delivery discipline without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Commercial judgement and a clear link between workflow change and business value.
Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in SaaS, technology, digital platforms, consulting or high-growth global businesses is strongly preferred.
How you work
You are structured, practical and comfortable with ambiguity.
You are curious about how work really happens, not just how people say it happens.
You can bring order to messy problems without creating theatre or bureaucracy.
You influence without authority, communicate clearly and help busy teams make decisions.
You care about shipped outcomes, measurable value and adoption that sticks.
You bring low ego, high standards and enough humour to survive cross-functional transformation work.
What success looks like
Within the first 3 months, you will have built a clear understanding of priority functional opportunities, helped shape the first wave of AI-enabled improvement work, and established practical ways of working for opportunity assessment, workflow redesign, delivery support and measurement.
Within 6–9 months, Cint should have visible AI-enabled improvements in priority areas, with clear adoption data, value tracking and reusable learning.
Over time, you will help Cint build a repeatable transformation capability: one that helps functions identify high-value opportunities, redesign work intelligently, apply AI where it makes sense and prove the impact.
