Medical Billing (Credit Card Charging)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing & Credit card charging with experience in patient account management and payment processing. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Tebra and has a background in medical billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Charge and process credit card payments accurately in Tebra.
• Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts.
• Reconcile patient accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Review billing records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and payment issues.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial and patient records.
• Coordinate with billing and administrative teams as needed.

Requirements

• Experience working with Tebra (required or strongly preferred).

• Background in medical billing or healthcare administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Ability to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
