📍 Position Overview

We are seeking a strong, confident, and highly responsible Property Manager who can take full ownership of office operations and property oversight. This role requires someone with strong character, leadership presence, and the ability to keep everything organized, controlled, and running smoothly at all times.

The ideal candidate is assertive yet professional, proactive rather than reactive, and capable of handling tenants, case workers, and administrative responsibilities with confidence.

🏢 Key Responsibilities

Office & Property Oversight

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure everything runs efficiently
  • Maintain organization, structure, and accountability across all tasks
  • Act as the main point of contact for property-related matters

Tenant Relations

  • Manage tenant communications professionally and confidently
  • Address tenant concerns, complaints, and disputes promptly
  • Maintain positive and professional landlord-tenant relationships

Maintenance Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance appointments
  • Follow up to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Work with vendors and contractors as needed

Rent Collections

  • Monitor rent payments and track delinquencies
  • Follow up on late payments
  • Handle payment arrangements when necessary

Section 8 Administration

  • Complete and manage Section 8 paperwork
  • Ensure compliance with housing regulations
  • Coordinate inspections and required documentation

Case Worker Coordination

  • Communicate and coordinate with case workers
  • Provide required documentation and updates
  • Handle sensitive tenant matters professionally

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Property Manager or in property management
  • Strong leadership personality — confident, firm, and in control
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience handling Section 8 paperwork is strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
