Job description

RemoteVA PH is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Internal Admin (Client-facing) to join our team. This role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while ensuring that internal administrative processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with clients via telephone, email, and video calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and providing support.
  • Coordinate client onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Manage and update client records to ensure accurate and timely information sharing.
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing client meetings, follow-ups, and events.
  • Provide internal teams with insights and feedback from clients to enhance service delivery.
  • Help develop and implement efficient administrative processes to streamline client communications.
  • Support the team in administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications:
