Job description

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Location: Remote

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist to manage and maintain product listings across multiple online retail platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with the back-end systems of Walmart, Target, TEMU, and Macy’s, ensuring all listings are accurate, optimized, and in stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • List, price, and update products across multiple marketplaces (Walmart, Target, TEMU, Macy’s).
  • Ensure all products are live, correctly listed, and available for purchase.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overselling.
  • Regularly audit listings for accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and imagery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve listing errors or product issues.
  • Maintain compliance with each marketplace’s policies and requirements.
