Job Title: Listing Specialist (Multi-Channel E-Commerce)

Location: Remote

About the Role:

We are seeking a Listing Specialist experienced in optimizing and managing product listings across major e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate has proven success in improving visibility, conversion, and sales performance through effective listing strategies tailored to each channel.

You should have hands-on experience with at least two (the more the better) of the following platforms:

  • Target
  • Home Depot
  • Best Buy
  • TikTok Shop
  • Shein
  • Temu

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, optimize, and manage product listings across assigned platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance search visibility and conversion.
  • Develop platform-specific optimization strategies (titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and visuals).
  • Ensure product data accuracy and compliance with each channel’s requirements and policies.
  • Monitor listing performance metrics and implement continuous improvements.
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding and high-quality product imagery.
  • Stay updated on marketplace trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for each platform.

  • Must have experience in at least two of the following: Target, Home Depot, Best Buy, TikTok, Shein, or Temu.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, product categorization, and conversion optimization strategies.
