📝 Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and technically inclined Zoho Manager to lead the migration of our jewelry business operations into the Zoho ecosystem. This role involves transferring existing data and workflows—including inventory, customer records, sales, invoices, and third-party integrations—into Zoho, followed by ongoing system management and optimization.

Training will be provided, but we are looking for a male candidate with strong initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly. This is a pivotal role in modernizing our operations and ensuring seamless digital transition.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end migration of business operations to Zoho (Inventory, CRM, Sales, Invoicing, Integrations)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and structure existing data for migration
  • Configure Zoho modules to align with company workflows and product categories
  • Set up automation, reporting dashboards, and user roles within Zoho
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout the migration process
  • Provide ongoing system management, updates, and troubleshooting
  • Train team members on Zoho usage and best practices
  • Liaise with Zoho support and third-party vendors for integration needs
