About Us:

We are a growing children’s clothing brand, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily focus on data entry tasks related to our website’s order confirmations and Excel data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Inputting and organizing order confirmations into Excel spreadsheets.

Reviewing and managing data in Excel to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Using Excel to track and update orders and inventory.

Managing and updating other computer systems as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

Strong computer skills and familiarity with various online tools.

Ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote work environment.

Must be available to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
