Job Title: Bilingual Outreach and Scheduling Assistant

Location: Remote

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and organized Bilingual Outreach and Scheduling Assistant proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. This role involves conducting outreach, managing schedules, inputting information into our systems, and providing translation services during appointments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of proficiency in both languages, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach activities to potential clients or stakeholders in Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
  • Input and maintain accurate information in our database systems
  • Provide real-time translation services during appointments and meetings
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications in both Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, with experience in outreach and scheduling
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management systems
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a bilingual or multicultural work environment
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Familiarity with translation tools and software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
