We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Specialist to support the growth of our recruitment and HR outsourcing services by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales Development Manager with 1–2 years of B2B sales experience to identify new business opportunities, engage potential clients, and contribute to the growth of our recruitment and HR services portfolio.

This is a fully remote position offering a fixed monthly salary plus an attractive sales commission structure based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for Recruitment and HR Outsourcing services.
  • Identify and engage potential clients across different industries.
  • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and networking activities.
  • Schedule meetings with decision-makers and present Taj HR's service offerings.
  • Understand client hiring and HR operational needs and recommend suitable solutions.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
