Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) managing SEM campaigns, specifically in the ANZ market. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM platforms. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools. 
  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization. Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with an understanding of what resonates with ANZ consumers. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Familiarity with local legal and compliance requirements (e.g., advertising regulations in Australia and New Zealand).
  • Preferred Skills: Knowledge of other digital marketing channels such as SEO, social media advertising, or display advertising. 
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms. Familiarity with e-commerce or B2C business models in the ANZ region.

Core responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) tailored to the ANZ market, ensuring they align with local business goals and user behavior. 
  • Keyword Research: Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-performing search terms relevant to the ANZ region, factoring in local language nuances and regional trends. 
  • Ad Copy & Creative: Develop compelling ad copy, creative, and landing pages that resonate with the ANZ audience.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spend and maximizing ROI across campaigns. 
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data (impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, CPA), providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. 
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on SEM trends, competitor strategies, and changes in the search engine landscape within the ANZ market. 
  • A/B Testing: Run A/B tests to improve campaign performance and identify the most effective keywords, ads, and landing pages.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing, content, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies.
