  • Help translate findings and develop recommendations and points of view to best leverage data, research, and analytics to inform sponsorship strategy, activation, and optimization
  • Develop compelling presentations that combine analytical rigor with persuasive narrative to build a comprehensive story rooted in data to bring insights to life in the real world
  • Demonstrate excitement for findings and recommendations and apply an outward bound, consultative approach to informing colleagues, including members of the Insights & Strategy team, internal Intersport account teams and external client teams, about how your findings can drive Intersport’s or a client’s business
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve methodologies and processes
Leadership and Team Development
  • Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members through feedback and subject matter expertise
  • Review work for quality, accuracy and consistency while reinforcing best practices
  • Help build a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on continuous improvement
