We're looking for a talented Multimedia Content Specialist to join our growing marketing team.

Reporting to the Brand Communications and Content Manager, the Multimedia Content Specialist will be the visual storyteller of our brand. This role will support the marketing team by designing compelling print and digital visual assets, producing engaging video content, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable creating a brochure, editing a YouTube video, designing social media graphics, or preparing files for print.

Primary Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

  • Design print and digital marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, postcards, presentations, one-pagers, event materials, and sales enablement resources.

  • Create digital assets for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, paid advertising, and social media.

  • Develop graphics for blogs, videos, webinars, and other content marketing initiatives.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

  • Prepare production-ready files for commercial printing.

Video Production & Editing

  • Edit promotional, educational, and testimonial videos.

  • Produce short-form video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

  • Elevate raw footage with motion graphics, captions, transitions, music, and animations. Organize and maintain the company's video asset library.

Creative Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns.

  • Translate marketing strategies into visually engaging assets.

  • Brainstorm new creative concepts and content ideas.

  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revisions efficiently.

Brand Management

  • Ensure all creative assets align with brand standards.

  • Maintain templates and design libraries.

  • Recommend new creative tools, formats, and design trends that improve engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience and marketing video production and editing experience

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with After Effects or Figma.

  • Experience managing team templates inside Canva.

  • On-Camera Comfort: Optional but a plus. Willingness to appear on-camera to deliver short, scripted marketing or educational video clips.

  • Experience preparing files for print production

  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Portfolio required. Applicants should provide examples of graphic design work (print and digital) as well as video projects that demonstrate editing, storytelling, and, if possible, on-camera presentation.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $65-75K. Starting compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, and skills.
