About the Role:
Responsible for education and promotion of Neurocrine's products and related disease states to assigned key corporate accounts (including LTC organized customers such as Pharmacies, Nursing Home Chain Owner Groups, Provider Services Organizations and Professional Associations). Aligns with corporate account priorities to drive behavior change related to screening, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment through systems and processes identified and implemented by organized customer leaders. Builds and fosters strong relationships that require a longer sales commitment. Accountable for revenue goals as well as other key business objectives.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
- Accountable for meeting assigned business goals, including revenue targets as well as other key business objectives for assigned corporate accounts
- Participates in strategic account planning process and executes plans for identifying, building and expanding relationships within assigned corporate accounts
- Drives the expansion and development of assigned corporate accounts, provides customer service, and drives appropriate diagnosis and product use
- Develops business plans and initiatives (e.g. product and/or disease state) for assigned corporate accounts
- Identifies key decision makers and initiates opportunities for engagement with Neurocrine
- Creates compelling customer analysis presentations from market intelligence partnering with various internal departments, such as HEOR, Market Access, Field Medical, Public & State Policy, Advocacy, Marketing and Sales
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related Scientific Field and 8+ years of sales experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry, with significant experience as a key corporate account manager, strongly preferred. Experience leading account teams and managing initiatives within Long-term Care or similar B2B environments. Successful track record of identifying, establishing and fostering strong and long-term customer relationships OR
- Master's degree and 6+ years of similar experience noted above
- Demonstrated relationship management skills
- Good understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks for promotion, pharma industry guidelines and compliance issues
- Proven ability to build relationships with various organized customers and organizations such as Long-term Care (LTC), Pharmacies, Nursing Home Chain Owner Groups, Provider Service Organizations and Professional Associations
- Creative ability in developing business plans and presenting innovative solutions to customers
- Proven ability to prospect, identify and help influence corporate C & D Suite Leaders and top clinical decision makers
- Thorough understanding of multiple interdependencies within an account, consider customer processes, treatment goals and needs, and the ability to maximize account performance by aligning appropriate solutions, messaging, and stakeholders
- Highly motivated, self-starter, and results driven individual
- Anticipates business and industry issues; recommends relevant process, technical or service improvements
- Demonstrates broad expertise or unique knowledge
- Considered an expert within the company and may have external presence in area of expertise
- Applies in-depth expertise in discipline and broad knowledge of other closely related areas to improve efficiency of account team
- Ability to work as part of, and lead multiple account teams
- Good leadership, mentoring skills, with the ability to typically lead lower levels and/or indirect teams
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking skills
- Sees broader picture and longer-term impact on division/company
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines across a variety of projects/programs, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, requiring strong time management skills
