Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a remote position.

As a Salesforce Developer, experienced in building and customizing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Skilled in Salesforce architecture, integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, troubleshooting, and Git-based CI/CD workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  
• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications to ensure performance and reliability.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
  
• Manage source code and deployments using Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
  

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
  
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, sharing models, and platform best practices.
  
• Experience with Salesforce customization, configuration, and scalable solution design.
  
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD practices.
  
• Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO/SOC or similar.
  

Nice to have skills

• Agent force development experience.
  
• Experience with Experience Cloud, including responsive UI development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification would be a positive match
