Job description

Develop and implement promotional strategies with a focus on long-term marketing plans.

Maintain regular communication and collaboration with European and local agencies.

Lead the development and launch of promotions, new products, concepts, displays, and related marketing initiatives.

Propose, plan, and organize events, trade fairs, and other promotional activities.

Coordinate the creation of catalogues and other marketing materials.

Develop and execute sell-out activities in cooperation with sales teams.

Manage the translation and adaptation of marketing materials in collaboration with translation agencies.

Work closely with digital and social media managers to ensure aligned marketing execution.

Manage the marketing budget, including the purchase order (PO) process, and allocate funds to maximize ROI.

Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, generate insights, and assess results against objectives.

Administer various operational tasks, including pricing setup.

Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

Develop strategies for co-op activities and lead related meetings.

Conduct regular customer meetings and visits.

Collaborate with Sales Managers and the Supply Chain team to support accurate market forecasting.

Monitor competitor activity across markets and recommend strategic actions to protect and grow market share.

Build and maintain knowledge of key business metrics, including market size, market share, category performance, and competitor activity.

Partner with relevant support teams to establish the business and organizational infrastructure needed to support growth.
