About the role

We are looking for an organised, proactive Project Manager / Product Owner to join a fast-moving mobile product team. You will own the coordination layer across multiple teams, ensuring delivery runs smoothly, communication is clear, and nothing gets lost between teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems and is always looking for ways to make things work better.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain tasks and delivery tracking across teams — keeping everything visible, up to date, and clearly owned.

• Backlog management.

• Coordinate cross-functional handoffs and ensure smooth collaboration between product, engineering, QA, and other teams.

• Manage onboarding for new team members.

• Investigate and route incoming issues and escalations with the right context.

• Post regular team updates and summaries to keep everyone aligned.

• Identify process gaps and propose improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, product ownership, or operations in a tech company.

• Highly organised with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

• Proactive — you surface problems early and resolve them without being asked.

• Clear, concise communicator in writing.

• Able to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Fast learner who adapts quickly to new contexts and tools.

• Improvement-oriented — you regularly look for better ways to do things.

Nice to have

• Experience working across both product and growth teams.

• Background in a fast-scaling consumer or SaaS product.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
