What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced procurement professional who enjoys working closely with customers, structuring complex sourcing challenges, and translating business needs into clear and practical solutions. You like being close to the deal, partnering with Sales, and helping enterprise customers succeed with modern sourcing technology. Join Archlet as an Enterprise Pre Sales Engineer and play a key role in supporting enterprise sales cycles and customer success. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to help customers understand how Archlet supports complex sourcing initiatives. You will act as a trusted expert on sourcing processes and our platform, helping turn interest into confidence and long term partnerships.

Your mission

  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them structure and execute complex RFPs in Archlet across high spend direct and indirect categories
  • Work closely with customers to understand sourcing objectives, constraints, and success criteria, and advise on how to best use Archlet to achieve measurable outcomes
  • Support strategic and high touch sourcing events with hands on guidance on e auctions, bid sheet design, and scenario analysis
  • Prepare and deliver product demos and support training for new users during sales cycles
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer value by developing best practice use cases and success stories that drive adoption and expansion
  • Translate customer feedback and real sourcing challenges into actionable input for Product and Engineering
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure a smooth experience from solution design to execution

About you

  • More than 3 years of experience in procurement, procurement consulting, or working with a procurement focused B2B SaaS platform
  • Hands on experience supporting or running RFPs, e auctions, or scenario based sourcing events across direct or indirect spend
  • Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to understand complex enterprise software and data models
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and communicating clear, pragmatic recommendations
  • Strong understanding of enterprise procurement processes and digital sourcing tools, with interest in AI driven innovation
  • Enjoy working cross functionally in a fast paced, growth oriented environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
