ServiceNow Developer (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a full-time, remote, 1-year contract with a possible 1-year extension, starting August 31, 2026. Candidates must possess a Government of Canada Reliability Security Clearance or have resided in Canada for a minimum of five (5) years to be eligible to obtain one. In this role, you will design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support ServiceNow solutions while working on enterprise-scale initiatives involving ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, SAM Pro, HRSD, SecOps, and the latest AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities.

The successful candidate will have at least three (3) years of ServiceNow development experience and strong expertise in platform configuration, scripting, workflow automation, integrations, APIs, and enterprise application development. You will help deliver innovative solutions using Now Assist, Generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Intelligent Automation, while collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Experience with Generative AI, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), prompt engineering, AI governance, and improving business processes through automation will be highly valued.
