Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the travel, ride-share, or e-commerce industries. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R). Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and understandable manner. 
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience working with data from multiple sources is a plus. 
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Core responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets from various sources (user behavior, booking data, marketing metrics, etc.) to generate actionable insights that support business decision-making.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to platform usage, customer engagement, and financial metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. 
  • Trend Identification: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to help improve customer experience, optimize marketing campaigns, and enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Data Visualization: Create clear and compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and presentation decks to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to understand their data needs, deliver insights, and support strategic initiatives. 
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data across multiple systems and sources, identifying and resolving any discrepancies. 
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc data analyses to support specific projects, such as new feature launches, marketing campaigns, or customer experience improvements.
