Overview:
Amyx is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Defense Logistics Agency program remotely
Responsibilities:
- Provides support in collecting and organizing information required for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
- Edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents.
- Provides support in performing financial and administrative tasks.
- Under general supervision, is responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures, and methods.
- Maintains a current internal documentation library.
- Provides or coordinates special documentation services as required.
- Must have the ability to communicate accurate information
Technoloy used:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access,PowerPoint
- Experience working with DOW Lifecycle management, DOW 5000.1, 5000.2, DOWI 5000.03 and Guidebook.
Qualifications:
Required:
- DOW Lifecycle management, DOW 5000.1, 5000.2, DOWI 5000.02, and Guidebook.
- Two (2) years of experience in similar taskings.
- Specialized experience in assembling technical documents and providing detailed analysis of various business system functions.
- Must have experience with the following programs: MS Suite, Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, Power Point
- Must possess IT-III Non-Sensitive security clearance or Tier 1 (T1)
