[Job-30273] Developer Tibco and/or Workato, Colombia

We are looking for a skilled Tibco/Workato Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing integration solutions using Tibco and/or Workato technologies. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations that enhance business processes and improve data flow across various systems.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop integration solutions using Tibco and/or Workato to connect various applications and systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain data mappings, transformations, and workflows to ensure seamless data exchange.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Create technical documentation for integration processes and solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Tibco and Workato to continuously improve integration efficiency.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in developing integrations using Tibco (Tibco BusinessWorks, Tibco EMS, etc.) and/or Workato 
- Strong understanding of API integrations, including REST and SOAP services.
- Experience with data transformation tools and techniques (JSON, XML, etc.).
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling concepts.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot integration issues effectively.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Languages:
- Advanced English (required)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in Tibco or Workato.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools for integration solutions.
- Familiarity with other integration platforms or middleware solutions is a plus.
