Our client, a Credit Card Company company, is looking for a Workday Talent Acquisition Contractor for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
The Workday Talent Acquisition Contractor will support client recently implemented Workday Recruiting platform, with a primary focus on post-go-live hyper care and stabilization activities.
This role is critical to ensure a seamless transition for end users and driving adoption by providing functional and technical support across the recruiting lifecycle.
In this hands-on and collaborative role, you will partner closely with People Systems, Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT teams to deliver front-line support (FLS) to recruiters, hiring managers, employees, and external candidates.
You will act as a subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting workflows, helping users navigate processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-quality user experience.
The contractor will also play a key role in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving system and process issues, including logging defects, performing root cause analysis, and supporting ongoing system enhancements.
In addition, you will contribute to system configuration and continuous improvement efforts, including updates to business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and security/access.
This role requires active participation in hyper care support, including managing support tickets and collaborating in bi-weekly sprint cycles to address backlog items and implement deferred business enhancements.
Provide front-line support (FLS) to recruiters, hiring managers, employees, and candidates on Workday Recruiting processes and system usage
Guide users through recruiting workflows and steps, ensuring processes are executed accurately and efficiently
Troubleshoot system and process issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve or escalate as needed
Log, track, manage defects and support tickets during hyper care, ensuring timely resolution
Support Workday configuration activities, including:
Updating and revising business processes
Creating and maintaining condition rules
Developing calculated fields
Investigating and resolving security and access issues
Collaborate with People Systems, HR, and IT teams to test and validate system changes and enhancements
Participate in bi-weekly sprint cycles to address backlog items and deliver continuous improvements
Support ongoing rollout and adoption of recruiting processes, providing feedback on user experience and system performance
Ensure data integrity and quality across recruiting processes
Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting Configuration
Workday Recruiting certification
Experience supporting HR or Talent Acquisition system implementations or post go-live support
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to support diverse user groups
Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience
Experience in hyper care or stabilization support environments
