Responsibilities

  • Build and continuously evolve the automated testing framework, linking coverage, regression efficiency, and CI/CD reliability to actual release risks
  • Design the organizational structure of the testing team, covering tier construction, objective management, performance evaluation, succession planning, and talent cultivation
  • Drive early integration of testing into product, development, and security processes to identify and mitigate key risks before release

一、为什么需要这个岗位：
核心业务迭代速度正在提升，测试不能再只是发布前的最后一道检查。我们需要一位测试负责人，把功能、性能、安全、兼容、自动化测试整合成一套可运行、可衡量、可复制的质量体系。这个岗位要降低重大上线风险，提升研发交付确定性，并为全球化加密业务建立长期质量标准。

二、你会做什么：
1、制定核心业务测试策略，明确发布准入、风险覆盖、缺陷标准与质量结果指标
2、搭建并持续演进自动化测试框架，把覆盖率、回归效率与 CI/CD 可靠性连接到真实发布风险
3、设计测试团队组织结构，覆盖梯队建设、目标管理、绩效评估、继任规划与人才培养
4、推动测试更早融入产品、研发与安全流程，在上线前识别并关闭关键风险
5、评估新型测试工具、安全测试方法与行业实践，将有效方法沉淀为可复用标准

三、你需要具备什么
（一）必备项：
1、你带过高规模互联网或 Web3 产品的质量工程体系，理解故障对用户、资产与安全的真实影响
2、你能设计完整测试体系，覆盖功能、性能、安全、兼容与自动化，而不只是管理执行进度
3、你建设过大型测试团队，能清晰设计层级、目标、考核机制与人才成长路径
4、你能与研发、产品、安全负责人平等讨论取舍，在关键决策前把质量风险讲清楚
（二）加分项
1、你在测试、质量工程、安全测试或 Web3 工程社区具备一定行业影响力
2、你搭建过被多个团队长期采用的自动化测试框架
3、你参与过行业标准、开源测试工具或安全测试相关实践
