  • Conduzir reuniões de boas-vindas e alinhamento com clientes;
  • Organizar agendas, reuniões e follow-ups;
  • Fazer gestão da carteira de clientes de forma proativa;
  • Liberar acessos em plataformas e realizar suporte operacional;
  • Criar e administrar áreas de membros e plataformas digitais;
  • Auxiliar no envio e organização de contratos;
  • Atualizar informações em CRM e planilhas de controle;
  • Prestar suporte e atendimento ao cliente com foco em experiência e resultado;
  • Garantir organização, engajamento e alinhamento entre cliente e empresa.
