This role is based in our Manila offices, but the team you'll be joining is the Finance team of our US-based parent company. You'll be doing real billing work for a real US business, with the structure, support, and culture of First Focus around you every day. Your shift is aligned to US business hours so you can work in real time with that team rather than leaving messages across time zones.

Requirements

• Solid, hands-on knowledge of billing procedures and the revenue cycle
• ConnectWise experience: this is a genuine advantage and we'd love to hear about it
• Working knowledge of MS Office and database tools
• Strong customer service instincts — you can explain a charge without making someone feel interrogated
• Organisation that borders on the obsessive, in a very good way
• Excellent written and spoken English, clear and calm under pressure
• Real patience — the kind that stays steady when a client calls about the same invoice three times
• Sharp attention to detail, because in billing, close enough is never close enough

💼 What You'll Be Doing

• Creating accurate, timely invoices for clients
• Converting sales orders into tickets and projects in ConnectWise
• Setting up and maintaining client billing agreements and keeping them current
• Handling client calls and queries about invoices with patience and clarity
• Managing the billing ticket board and routing items to the right team
• Issuing credit memos and collecting payments as needed
• Keeping billing records clean and accurate, including billing addresses
• Following up with other departments to resolve billing questions

This role runs on a mid-shift schedule aligned to US business hours. If you're an afternoon or evening person, you'll find this fits naturally. You'll have consistent hours and be working in real time with your US-based colleagues rather than leaving handover notes across time zones.
