We are seeking a high-energy, resilient Appointment Setter. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a critical role in fueling the sales pipeline. Your mission is to engage prospects, qualify their needs, and bridge the gap between initial interest and a formal consultation. This is a high-volume outbound role designed for someone who thrives on the chase and is motivated by hitting daily targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a high volume of outbound activity, maintaining a consistent pace of 100+ dials per day.
  • Prospect, qualify, and follow up with leads to generate interest in our services.
  • Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism to secure booked appointments.
  • Maintain an organized CRM, ensuring all lead data and interaction notes are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified meetings.
