Job Description:
Role Overview
The Claims Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting the resolution of claims across projects in the EMEA region, with a particular focus on Future Markets. The role involves analysing project issues, developing and executing strategies to assert or defend claims, and mitigating commercial and contractual risk. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role will ensure effective dispute resolution and proactive claims management.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse project data, documentation, and events to assess entitlement and exposure
Develop and implement strategies to assert or defend claims
Support commercial and legal positioning with customers and suppliers
Prepare clear recommendations and reports on claims and disputes
Identify risks and support claim prevention strategies
Collaborate with Legal, Project Management, Procurement, Finance and Quality teams
Support consistent application of claims processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in claims, contract or commercial management within construction or energy sectors
Strong contractual and commercial acumen
Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
Actively contributes to the adoption of AI and digital innovation to support the transformation and future evolution of claims management
Languages: Polish and English (essential); German (strongly preferred); Italian (nice to have)
