What you will do:

  • Manage Coverage Engine workflow end-to-end, completing sourcing, matching, and QA while ensuring checklist compliance;
  • Verify and curate source data, ensuring accuracy of details;
  • Maintain high-quality assets (links, images, and official references);
  • Conduct quality assurance on all outputs, ensuring visual accuracy, realism, and adherence to presentation guidelines;
  • Handle sensitive customer data with care and security;
  • Identify and escalate technical issues via appropriate channels; ensure timely resolution;
  • Support additional operational tasks within scope as needed;

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 for both spoken and written);
  • Strong attention to detail and visual judgment for accurate matching and quality assurance;
  • Ability to consistently follow strict processes, checklists, and guidelines;
  • Good understanding of food and dishes, with resourcefulness for quick online research and verification;
  • Ability to work independently while following established procedures and service expectations;
  • Proficiency in web-based tools and Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas, pivot tables);
  • Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload);
  • Backup power supply to ensure uninterrupted work.
