We are looking for an experienced SIOP Coordinator (m/f/d) – HVAC Europe to join our team in Germany (remote, supporting our Allendorf site). In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process for one of our HVAC brands across Europe. Acting as the key interface between Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance, you will ensure the optimal balance between customer demand, supply capa

bilities, and business objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end SIOP process for an HVAC brand across Europe, including revenue realization, service levels, backlog, and working capital.
  • Lead the monthly SIOP cycle and prepare decision-making materials covering demand, capacity, and inventory developments.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, OTIF, inventory levels, and order backlog, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing (Europe and Asia), and Finance to ensure aligned planning and successful execution of business objectives.
  • Translate mid- and long-term SIOP plans into operational execution (S&OE) and manage escalations related to critical supply or demand issues.

Your Profile:

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in SIOP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Integrated Business Planning.
  • Experience in an international manufacturing environment, ideally within the HVAC industry or a comparable industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of distributor-based business models and indirect inventory and demand management.
  • Excellent analytical and financial skills with the ability to assess planning decisions in terms of revenue, forecasting, and working capital.
  • Strong knowledge of modern ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, SAP APO).
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
