The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
Epic EHR certified professional with deep, hands-on experience across core applications
Ability to translate complex business requirements into streamlined, optimized workflows that improve performance and usability
Creative problem solver who can reimagine workflows and design innovative approaches to improve efficiency and user experience
Strong understanding of software architecture, healthcare standards, and end-to-end workflow design
Demonstrated experience leading complex, high-visibility projects from concept through execution
Track record of delivering strategic initiatives, including emerging and AI-enabled healthcare solutions
Expertise in change management, with the ability to drive adoption and sustain process improvements
Pay Range:
$59.00 - $88.50MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Level of Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
Years of Experience: Typically requires 7 years in progressively responsible information systems experience with technical or project management exposure.
