Job description

FHIR Data Architect

  • Conduct architecture and design meetings with the customer's team members to produce artifacts such as functional design documents, architecture drawings, and data flow diagrams
  • Lead discussions around Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare services including core Azure Health Data Services, Azure Active Directory. Microsoft HLS Open-Source Solutions, Dynamics/Power Platform, and Landing Zone integration.
  • Lead the deploymeroonfiguration of Azure API Management, if appropriate for the scope of the project. This includes best practices for integration into a private network, DNS configuration. DevOps processes for API deployment, API product definitions and setup. User Authorization Setup & Flow, and Developer Portal Customizations
  • Assist team members in resolving issues/blockers as it relates to the deployment of services. development of data ingestion pipelines, and application development against Azure Health Deta Services.
  • Work with project manager to build and manage the deployment and development backlogs in the appropriate project management tooling such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Provide expert services to customer as it relates to Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare and best practices to meet HIPAA/HITRUST compliance requirements within the solution architecture. This role should know and understand compliance controls and how to implement those in every resource deployed within the architecture.
