Laravel Developer - Venezuela

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Laravel Developers at various levels (Junior, Semi-Senior, and Senior) to join our dynamic team. As a Laravel Developer, you will play a crucial role in the full lifecycle of product development. Your primary responsibility will be to develop clean, efficient, and scalable code that meets our specifications and delivers exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our development team to design and implement new features, as well as re-architect parts of our existing system.
• Participate actively in test-driven, iterative development processes, including prototyping, code reviews, and continuous integration.
• Utilize the Laravel framework to design and code efficient middle and back-end solutions.
• Develop and integrate scalable and robust services that enhance the performance and functionality of our applications.
• Create well-designed and intuitive external and internal APIs for seamless integration with other systems.
• Implement comprehensive unit and performance tests to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the codebase.
• Review and debug code to identify and resolve any issues or bugs, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Develop clear and concise documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments, to effectively communicate solutions and facilitate future maintenance.
• Contribute to the determination of system specifications, standards, and programming best practices to ensure efficient and effective solution implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of 1+ years (Junior), 3+ years (Semi-Senior), or 5+ years (Senior) in software engineering, with a focus on web development.
• Extensive experience and expertise in Laravel framework and its associated ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in developing server-side web applications, with a solid understanding of Java-based technologies.
• Familiarity with both relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), and the ability to optimize database queries.
• Thorough understanding of object-oriented development principles and design patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technologies and programming languages, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate within a team and across departments.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js or React is a plus.
