What will your duties be?

  • Possess a Master or Doctoral/terminal degree (Ph.D., D.Sc., or equivalent) .All faculty credentials must be issued by a properly accredited institution.

  • Proven experience teaching in higher education, with familiarity in using Canvas as a Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Ability to teach online.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.

  • Work permit in USA

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design

• Industry experience in Human Resources management and strategy

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach graduate-level Human Resources courses

• Facilitate student learning through Canvas LMS

• Evaluate assignments, projects, and learning outcomes

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and grades

• Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and Capstone evaluations

• Provide academic mentorship and support to students

• Maintain academic excellence and integrity in teaching
