Need someone that will take ownership and accountability and doesn't require micromanaging.
Own the data quality and governance product roadmap defining priorities, backlog, and delivery plans that align with the business needs.
Lead implementation and continuous improvement of data quality and governance frameworks, including data standards, rules, monitoring, remediation processes, and stewardship models to ensure trusted, reliable data across key supply chain domains.
Drive adoption and optimization of core data platforms and tools (Informatica IICS, Monte Carlo, Azure, Databricks, SQL), ensuring scalable, high-performing data quality rules within the Data Office ecosystem.
Partner with supply chain stakeholders, data engineers, and data stewards to translate business needs into actionable user stories, while managing Agile delivery through Jira and maintaining documentation in Confluence.
Establish measurable data quality outcomes and governance controls, improving data accuracy, consistency, and transparency, and reducing operational risk through well-defined KPIs, lineage, and compliance practices.
