  • Help lead competitive research projects used to inform marketing strategy.

Job description

Our Client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for a Marketing Consultant – Coordinator for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage campaign execution related deliverables, working within client project management system to ensure proper tracking and completion of tasks.
  • Responsible for reviewing creative and copy (printed and digital) for accuracy against the source of truth.
  • Submit assets for compliance and legal review and relay feedback to creative agencies to ensure marketing assets remain compliant with state Department of Insurance regulations.
  • Communicate obstacles and provide recommendations for problem solving to ensure deliverables are met
  • Assist with the development of team presentations such as reporting decks and playbooks.
  • Help lead competitive research projects used to inform marketing strategy.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
 
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Agencies or Consulting roles
  • Ability to work in a cross functional, highly matrixed organization
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt and pivot, when project priorities, timelines or requirements change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Motivated self-starter, process-oriented with high attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to accommodate multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines.
  • Aptitude for finding creative solutions to meet our business challenges.
  • Ability to manage feedback from multiple stakeholders and adjust accordingly.
  • Strong multitasking, project management, communication, collaboration, and relationship development skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced team environment.
  • Healthcare or Medicare experience is a plus, not required.
  • Education:
  • AA or BA in Marketing/Communications, Project Management, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Required
