Job description

Overview:

The Danos Recruiter will support hiring efforts across multiple locations, including the South TX, Permian, Delaware, Gulf Coast, and Rockies regions. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a wide range of field and office positions in a high-volume recruiting environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple open requisitions in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Review resumes and conducts initial phone screens to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, ATS database searches, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Post open positions in the ATS system and across external job boards.
  • Partner closely with Account Managers to review open roles, hiring priorities, and candidate needs on a regular basis.
  • Support recruiting efforts across regions as needed, stepping in to assist wherever workload demands
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Recruiting experience required.
  • Oil and gas industry knowledge or related experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems, ATS platforms, and recruiting tools
  • Reliable, flexible, and willing to support where needed
  • Must meet conditional job offer requirements.
