Our Opportunity
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team of professionals for a 6 month assignment. This will be a hybrd position, supporting the HR team and hiring managers across all of our US branch locations. The primary function of the role will be recruiting but responsibilities will also include: communication, employee relations, requisition management, timekeeping, benefits, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities
The Recruiter role requires a deep understanding of the building materials and cabinetry industry, particularly in hiring for sales and operations positions. This person assists managers and employees with recruiting, timekeeping, benefits, hiring, reporting, requisition management, and more. This is a fully remote position which requires your own home office setting. Visits to a Richelieu branch location may be required occasionally.
What We Are Looking For
· Intermediate to Advanced recruiter, including experience in full-cycle recruitment. Minimun of 2-5 years of experience. Strong sourcing a must.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required; must be nimble and responsive, able to work in a fast-paced business model
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
· HR certification is required (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
· Proven track record of successfully staffing and recruiting for sales positions, with an ability to understand technical roles and industry-specific needs
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization
· Professional and discreet, able to evaluate and handle complex situations with confidentiality and respect for the employee, laws and regulations regarding employment, and our company
· Supports and upholds the Five Core Values of Richelieu, both within the company and while representing Richelieu as a premier employer within the cabinet industry
· Must possess strong critical thinking ability, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently
