Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Sr Product Manager supports QVC by leading merchandising technology products across the Merchandising Domain. This role helps improve how product information is created, managed, and delivered across the enterprise.

Where You'll Work

This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE. This role may require you to be on site in West Chester, PA as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Shape the product strategy and roadmap for the Merchandising Domain, aligning customer needs, internal user needs, business goals, and market trends.

  • Lead product discovery efforts by gathering insights through research, stakeholder input, and user feedback, and translating findings into clear product opportunities and priorities.

  • Manage requirements gathering across Product Management, Business Stakeholders, Legal, IT, and subject matter experts to ensure solutions meet business needs and operational realities.

  • Convert discovery outputs and requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, leveraging AI tools to improve speed, quality, and clarity.

  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring work is aligned to business value, risk, dependencies, and delivery goals.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes for PIM, product creation and maintenance workflows, data governance, and downstream product data integrations.

  • Communicate the product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders across the enterprise, including teams with competing needs across multiple markets.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, including experience within a retail environment.

  • Expertise in merchandising technology products, platforms, and processes, including experience with Stibo PIM or a comparable enterprise-level PIM system.

  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Atlassian Rovo to support product planning, documentation, and backlog management.

  • Experience with current and emerging technologies, with the ability to advise partners on process improvements and technology solutions.

  • Experience managing initiatives end-to-end, including execution planning, prioritization, resource coordination, and resolving conflicting stakeholder needs.

  • Working knowledge of relevant compliance and regulatory requirements such as SOX and PCI, with the ability to advocate for governance and compliance across the organization.
