Job Description

Join our Finance Development Program – Entry Level and start your career in Revenue, an important function that supports Experian's financial operations through revenue recognition and revenue planning processes. As part of the Global Finance Services team, you will support core operational activities that contribute to accurate revenue reporting and financial process execution.

Through hands-on experience and structured guidance, you will build knowledge of revenue processes, systems, and controls while supporting daily activities across Revenue Recognition and Revenue FP&A. Experian's finance organization designs this role to support your development. You will report to a Revenue Leader.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support business operations through the execution of revenue-related activities, following established procedures and service guidelines.
  • Help with the preparation, processing, and maintenance of revenue transactions following company policies and processes.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities related to revenue recording and reporting.
  • Help with routine reconciliations and validation activities to support revenue processing.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of recurring revenue reports, templates, and schedules.
  • Prepare routine reporting materials and dashboards using established formats and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (minimum 3rd year completed), or recently graduated, with no more than 1 year since completion of the most recent academic degree.
  • High-intermediate English proficiency (B2+) with the ability to communicate in a professional environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., SUM formulas, data filtering, and spreadsheet management); ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Foundational understanding of accounting concepts as an ideal, but not required.
  • This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity. You should have no more than 1 year of total formal work experience across any industry. We welcome internships, university practicums, or trainee roles and do not count them toward this limit, as we consider them part of early professional development.
  • Commitment to learning and development, with availability to remain in the role for at least 12 months to build core capabilities and gain hands-on experience.
