Job Description

As our Client Onboarding Consultant I, you will report to Experian Health. You will contribute to special projects, identifying scalable operational improvements through automation and AI in collaboration with leadership, and serving as a subject matter expert to guide team members on complex onboarding tasks.

You'll have opportunity to:

  • Support onboarding projects beyond primary project focus area.
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and scalable improvements using automation or AI solutions, and collaborate with leadership on recommendations.
  • Be the subject matter expert on specific onboarding tasks or projects, providing guidance and knowledge-sharing with team members as requested by leadership.
  • Independently manage end-to-end client implementation projects while sustaining a high level of performance and accountability.
  • Provide support across onboarding project focus areas.
  • Operate independently, using established procedures to complete complex tasks.

Qualifications

  • May require a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years' experience with Healthcare Revenue Cycle
  • 2+ years' experience project management methodology and tools including software.
  • Use automation and AI to refine workflows, boost efficiency, and foster innovation.
  • Familiarity with Experian Health products, is beneficial
  • Travel required
