About the Role: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Retail Sales Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting logistical operations to ensure the smooth movement of goods and services. This role involves tracking shipments, making appointments, and handling various administrative tasks. 

Work Hours and Time zone: 
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with potential Saturday mornings for approximately 3 hours. 
Pacific Standard Time 
 

Duties & Responsibilities:  

  • Monitor and track the status of trucks and shipments to ensure timely deliveries. 

  • Schedule and manage appointments for pickups and deliveries. 

  • Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and logistics data. 

  • Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and warehouse staff. 

  • Preparation of reports for the logistics department. 

  • Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. 

  • Respond to inquiries from customers and internal teams regarding shipping status and logistics. 

  • Participate in team meetings to discuss logistics planning and strategies. 
     

Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred. 

  • Previous experience in logistics, administration, or a related field is preferred. 

  • Advanced Excel Skills 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Familiarity with logistics software or tools is an advantage.
