AI Expert (US BASED Remote)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Expert with specialization in Claude (Anthropic AI) to help design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions across business operations. This role focuses on prompt engineering, workflow automation, and integrating Claude into real-world use cases such as customer service, sales, content creation, and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and optimize Claude AI prompts for various business functions
• Build AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
• Integrate Claude with existing tools (CRM, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
• Analyze AI performance and continuously refine outputs for accuracy and relevance
• Collaborate with teams (sales, marketing, operations) to identify AI opportunities
• Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials for AI usage
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, especially Claude and LLM technologies
• Ensure ethical and secure use of AI systems

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Claude (Anthropic AI) or similar LLMs (GPT, Gemini, etc.)
• Strong skills in prompt engineering and AI optimization
• Familiarity with APIs and AI tool integrations
• Experience in automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
